"What's a good remedy for bacne? My back almost always feels smooth, but there are red acne marks there. Most of it seems to be scarring or just marks from old acne. It's not even really severe, but it really, really bothers me. Please don't recommend a makeup coverup--I don't want to hide it, I want to get rid of it! Help!

"Maybe scrub your back with a loofah or back scrubber and some kind of acne wash or Phisoderm. You can use stuff on your back just like you would your face. Are you sure it's acne, and not skin irritation from your clothes or laundry detergent or something? Just in case, you might take precautions just like someone with eczema or another skin condition might take to avoid irritants:Wash your clothes in liquid, perfume and dye free laundry soap (All Free & clear, Cheer Free, etc...), and only a tiny bit of fabric softener, and don't use dryer sheets. Use a bath soap or body wash for sensitive skin, like Dove for sensitive skin, Basis, Aveeno, etc.., and don't use scented lotions or oils.
