At BeautyFlow, we live and breathe this business on a daily basis. We are at the forefront of trends within the hair extension industry and on this website, we will try to share with you all the tips and tricks we come across as we go about our job.
Clip In Hair Extensions
Whether you want the warm Natural Black colour or the eye-catching Golden Blonde look, BeautyFlow's Clip In Hair Extensions are bound to leave you feeling better about how your hair looks. Our Clip In Hair Extensions come in three levels of thickness or density. The 120g Hair Extensions are for people with fine to medium density hair. The 160g Hair Extensions are much thicker than the 120g, and are a great choice when you want to add both length and volume. These Clip In Hair Extensions are meant for those with medium to thick hair, and are the most popular. Finally, the 220g Hair Extensions are our highest density set and are only recommended for those with very thick hair. All our Clip In Hair Extensions are 20 inches (50cm) in length, and are made with 100% Remy Human Hair. The 160g Clip In Sets come in 10 weft pieces: 2 x 20cm weft piece, each with 4 clips | 2 x 15cm weft, each with 3 clips | 2 x 10cm weft piece, each with 2 clips | 4 x 2.5cm piece, each with 1 clip. These 10 weft pieces are designed to cover your entire head, so you need only one set.
Tape In Hair Extensions
Tape In Hair Extensions have become increasingly popular over the last few years due to their ease of use, and as an alternative to clip ins (which are temporary) and fusion extensions (which are quite permanent). BeautyFlow offers a wide range of Tape In Hair Extensions to choose from, be it in a natural black color or more exotic purple or even pick colors. With these hair extensions you can be sure that you will be turning heads wherever you go.
Fusion Hair Extensions
Fusion Hair Extensions are known by many names, including Keratin Bonds, U-Tips, keratin glue hair extensions, keratin fusion hair extensions, and keratin tipped hair extensions. Fusion Hair Extensions are strands of hair that are pre-tipped with keratin. This keratin is melted and fused with the wearer’s natural hair to create a strong and sleek bond that can last months. It is worth noting that keratin is not glue. Fusion Hair Extensions are attached to your natural hair by melting the keratin with a special low heat hair extension iron, and then wrapping the keratin around your natural hair to form a bond. When done professionally, the bond is very strong yet almost undetectable. BeautyFlow sells Fusion Hair Extensions by the bundle, with each bundle containing approximately 100 strands, weighing about 1g per strand. Our clients typically need only one bundle to achieve their desired look. For extra volume, 2 bundles may be required.
Micro Loop Hair Extensions
In a lot of respects, micro loop hair extensions is like having your cake and eating it too. These hair extensions are installed via a strand by strand while not requiring the use of hot irons or melted keratin. With micro loop hair extensions your natural hair is joined with extensions by putting both through a small metal cylinder and flattening it with pliers to secure the bond. Because of these features, they have become an increasingly popular micro bonding option.
While they don't typically go by the name hair extensions, weaves or wefts serve the same purpose and are usually used for ethnic hair. BeautyFlow offers a wider range of weaves to serve all our client markets. Brazilian Hair is typically considered to be the best type of weave, but that is debatable. We always tell our clients not to focus on the names of the weaves they are getting but rather on the texture and look of it. This is because, for one, Brazilian Hair isn't necessarily from Brazil and often-times it is not. It simply has a texture that over time the industry began calling Brazilian and it basically stuck. Other types of weaves that are also popular are Peruvian Hair, Malaysian Hair and Indian Hair.
